hi on a new 27 feet high performance sailboat I want to apply diy coppercoat.
Which epoxy do you recommend. Will be applied in 15-20 deg temperature.
Is your copper-powder suitable?
Can I get a good/race finnish by roller or should I spray?
Would 1 layer with roller suffice as primer and coating (hull is vinylester infused)
How much do you need for 1 layer with roller for 20m2?

Thanks !!

I have not seen any "Coppercoat" products other than the branded copper coat anti-foul product which is not something we sell or are familiar with.

The concept of the copper powder in an epoxy resin is theoretically sound, however without actually trying it, there is no way to see if it would have the same anti-foul properties as the branded products.

In resin terms I would be looking towards our XCR Epoxy Coating Resin.  The exact ratio of copper to resin is going to be trial and error. In resin casting it is typical to use up to 50% by weight copper powder for a uniform copper finish.  How this relates to anti-fouling properties is again going to be down to experimentation.
