High temp resin and heatshields.

Hi
On my car i have two heatshields where one of them are a tad rusty.
And they are heavy also..
So i figured i should try make them in carbon or twaron or whatever you guys recommend.
But with the high temp resin.

But since it is a car used on trackdays the turbos will generate quite some heat, also since they are working a bit overtime as the car is tuned.

Now two questions.
1. will the part withstand the heat generated? it is really hard measuring the heat due to the placement of the turbo/shield.
2. what happens if the heat is to much? will the resin/carbon ignite?
3. Optionally i have heat reflective goldtape  if thats of any use.

Sorry for the big pictures.

Here is the shield in question

Distance between  turbo and shield. (the turbo itself is also shielded, i wont mess with that particular part)
You see the part in question just right of the turbo.
