250 dg C engine cover - what should I choose ?

Hi!
One of my customers wants 250 degree celsius heat resistant covers for ultra light airplanes. He wants like a lot of them. Normal high temp resins perish at 180 so I would hit prepreg, but isn't that too hot even for it? what do you think? I couldn't find any data sheet about prepreg hdt after curing.

it is more like the carbon is a heat shield itself and it directs the air over the cylinder fins to cool it as it is AC engine

I found Hexcel M-81 which could withstand up to 200 degrees but with complicated curing scheme and I quess it is not out of autoclave one Sad
