Hi,i make carbon fibre laminates and have the following issues at some parts which get direct sunlight in the hot interior of a car
I 'post cure'the parts for some hours at 40celcius under the sun,but it seem the interior get hotterDo i need higher temp post cure to avoid it?

Take it in gradual steps for example, 2 hours at 20C, 2 hours at 40C, 2 hours at 60C and then say 6 hours at 80C then allow to cool naturally. That should bring you upto 80C. You have to do small steps when postcuring rather than just jumping to a high temperature because you are trying to avoid the resin softening (which is what causes the print through in your case it seems).
