Hi,

Af far is I've understood, the EC Woven finish CF tubes are made from Autoclave Prepreg?

What are the upper temperature limits of the Woven Finish CF tubes from EC?

I'm thinking the temperature levels where they still keep 80 - 90 % of their hoop strength?

I have already looked at the roll wrapped tubes Smile

From a "sales" piont of view for my application a "satin finish" real Carbon-fibre (twill) surface will be preferable.

Hence ... wrapping the roll wrapped tubes in a single layer of twill using high temp resin, would seem one way to go.

Or, get set up to produce the tubes I need from High Tg Resin and CF on a mandrel .. more work, but probably cheaper than the other options for me.

There will be a thread on this when I start experimenting  .. Rolleyes
