Final finish after pressure bagging

After pressure bagging, I have some "pin-pricking" in the final surface. I've played around now with a couple of shots at different pressures, but it doesn't make a lot of difference to the outcome.

What's a good way of closing it up ? I don't REALLY want to fill, and then sand them up and repolish......

On the same subject,
I have tried different amounts of resin, different pressure etc but always get a "dry" surface.
Is it not possible to get a fully filler top layer with ok finish when using wet lay up bagging?

I know that a separate layer of resin left to tack-harden, or infusion gives this result,
but still want to find a way to get acceptable result with just bagging.

Something that didnt help during my trails could have been an old roll of tape that never really sealed a 100%,
making me turn the vacuum on and off many times to check for leaks,
could the bag releasing and pressing many times draw more resin from the fibers then needed?
(combined with a leak that made the resin a bit foamy when the bag expanded)

I used slow EL2 resin.
