Hey guys,
New to the composite industry, and have just successfully completed our first mould (Phew). Was just wondering what is the best way to remove excess filleting wax that is left over on the mould? Tried scraping it off, and using just a regular microfibre cloth, or my finger. Majority of it has been removed however there are still some areas that have it smeared.
Thanks in advance, JD

Brake cleaner is basically Acetone. Ive noticed acetone can sometimes leave a smug or kinda greasy looking streak where you wiped it so i always go back with a clean dry towel and remove that streak. Ive also used compressed air to blow it out, or depending on how many little spots there are. Like suggest above, mold cleaner.
