Just curious as to how strong a part you could make by casting it out of epoxy mixed with milled CF powder as advertised on the easy composites website. What would the tensile strength and elastic modulus be like compared to, for example, ABS or even aluminium. Is there any data on this? There are several different small projects I wouldn't mind trying this on, I'm just not sure exactly how practical or effective it is. I'm thinking of it as a more light weight alternative to machining small complicated parts out of aluminium.
