Casting very small parts - recommendations?

I want to cast some small cylindrical parts, 3mm diameter x 2.5mm long.
I have a mould master consisting of a metal block with pegs of the desired shape and size sticking out of it. The plan is to use this to make a mould from silicone, which will give me a mould with a flat top and lot of small pits in it, then fill each of the pits with resin, cover with a slab of PTFE to give a flat end to the parts, and leave to set.

I think most silicones will work for the mould. I'd like a recommendation on what resin to use. It needs to have low viscosity and long pot life. I'll probably fill the pits using a syringe with blunt needle. My main concern is that I've read that some resins won't work with very small parts because they don't reach the required temperature to cure.
