never tested the gyro cam, wiring it up today I got my 12v to 6v converter wired up backwards and blew the gyro
£55 and a 2 week wait for one to arrive from USA. I doubt ill be doing top speeds with it, the camera will undoubtably shake in the winds, maybe 70ish max. Testing will tell.
Just had a crap outcome with my last resin infusion job, the rising went So very brittle and my part shattered coming out of the mould. Did a test on the resin and it fractured like tempured glass. Hope its just that batch, ive got 1 fresh batch from EC and another from CM to test. It cost loads to do each run though.
The monocoque will need a plug, ill buy a superbike tail and alter it, make the moulds and use wet layup with 600 CF keeping the main strength under the seat. Ill inser alloy parts where it bolts to the frame.
Next time I start a jub ill list it here and see if I can get help with the inevitable problems that come along LOL
