Was hoping for some feedback on a part I'm building at the moment, little bit unsure how to go about it. It's a roof panel for a Lotus Exige Sport 240, which I have been repairing and modifying over the last week. My issue is that the roof has a scoop in it, which is used to supply air to the supercharger at the back of the car. This scoop unfortunately gives me an undercut on the front, and I'm not sure if I can get away with doing the mould in one piece, or if I'm gonna have to do a split mould. I sort of think I might be able to get it out from the back, but I'm not sure. What do you think:

Now the back I can flange around that undercut and that's fine, but it does have a rolled edge that I will need to copy, and I'm worried that this is what will stop me from releasing the mould from the back:
