What to do with these break through's and holes?

I'm flatting down the gloss pattern coat on this plug with 400 grit and there a few small break throughs and holes in the surface, can i touch these up with pattern coat and re-flat? or maybe just polish out these areas on the mould?

Agreed! if i aim for perfect and don't achieve perfection i'll only have to settle for very good!
