Wrinkling in laminating tubing!

I have laminated a carbon frame tube using 3k 2x2 and unidirectional carbon, Using vacuum bagging! wrinkles have appeared after demould and i wondered why , is the bagging too loose , any advice or tips greatly appreciated!

ajb100 gave the reason fast and clear, variation of OD.

You can use the shrink tape for a first / partial consolidation without wrinkles.. And then make a good vacuum for a complete consoidation and curing.

tape is cheap and it will take just an extra 10 minutes..

Mind not to heat resin too much so that is partialy cured before vacuuminig.
