thanks warren... i have make a mould with the tooling gelcoat green and epoxy putty ,which i have buy from carbonmods.co.uk   . Now i should build a top mould for the matched die...  i think which the sheet wax  it's a better solution.
warren ,i want make a ask : this sheet wax , can be modeled to perfection in the mould whitout which it will broken? how to modeled better?

I agree, sheet wax is perfect for such an application.

If you need it thinner, what you can do is lay up a part in woven glass in one side of the mould. once cured demould and sand smooth the peel ply side to the exact finish you want.  Remount in the mould with a little filleting wax to seal the edge to stop resin running under (release coat EVERYTHING just to be sure!!) then take your second mould from it.
