Hi , just wondering if you can use the carbon aramid ( https://www.easycomposites.co.uk/188g-plain-weave-carbon-kevlar ) with polyester or vinylester resin or is it epoxy only?Thanks

you can use polyester-resin but It would be to bad using such an expensive good material with a cheaper read weaker resin-type.
