How to price your work??

Group: Forum Members Posts: 54, Visits: 913	Hi all, This may seem a silly question but im still new to all this... How do you guys go about pricing your work if you are producing things to sell? Do you charge an hourly rate plus material costs?

If you are a professional and have a correct hour cost estimation, including warehouse costs, power, insurance, administrative/s, adding a margin, etc... Or if you are building a few parts to make a few pounds... just find out what´s the hour price on your area for similar jobs... (In Spain I was asking 35 €/hour before crisis. Now I´m happy with 20 or 25.... A good excercise is to find out what's the price interval for similar parts.... Edited 9 Years Ago by Zorongo
