You have already started two threads about the repair of your pole. Why start a third?????

Unfortunately i can't combine the threads.

2 to 3 wraps is generally enough but it depends on the wall thickness and severety of damage.  The top thin tubes usually 2 is sufficient maybe 3 if its a complete break.  The thicker sections may need more layers to replace the strength but generally tend to break less.

If your kit has the wrong cloth in it then you can either send back the roll with a note including order number and we will ensure the right material is sent, or give us a call or email and we can fix it that way.  User accounts on the forum are not linked to customer accounts on the webshop so I cannot see your order from here.

Just use a lint free cloth as the shrink tape goes on and is shrunk.  You will get excess squeezed out the ends and along the tape. Wiping it off will aid removal of the tape once the repair has cured.
