I typically cook at 100C as this means the pre pregs I use will cure in 1-4 hours depending on which material I use. You can cook hotter but then the cure time really becomes too much to have it running all day! or night!

That's not us.
We have been getting a lot of bike repairs lately through local shops so I think we are doing the right thing unlike our competitors who apparently charge $100 to "inspect" a bike before repairing.
