Just be very patient ...   it will cure eventually .. but it may take a very long time-  remember that MEKP is not a "Hardener" like in epoxy, but a catalyst, or "Accelerant"
If you are in a hurry, then you will have to redo the mould.

Thanks Dravis, Environment was cold, I was wrong to have used only 1% of mekp, I will warm up to cure if it does not work I will have to do it again. 

With only 1 % MEKP, you will probably need to heat the mould to make it harden fully in a reasonable time ..
