Bad luck, this composites work always takes longer than expected.
Did you give the uni mould a go?

Yes, I tried the unimould. I made perfect 3pcs split mould for the roof. It worked perfectly as i used EC pattern coat high gloss over the styrospray 1000. But next mould was the front mounting panel, with that i had bit of bad luck.. I didnt use high gloss layer, as just add the releasing agents over the styrospray and that was a mistake. Because unimould is making more heat than my previous epoxy moulds, i got a new problem of styrospray coating releasing from the foam. So in order to use unimould system, i must coat the styrospray, that it handle the heat better. I like the fact that unimould gelcoat is easy to sand, if there is imperfections, as the epoxy tooling gelcoat is really hard stuff. So Now i must make a new front mounting panel, its a shame as it takes a lot of time and work, because it has lot of tiny and complex details.

Bonnet panels are not bond together. I will bond them later on, I must remove the temporary yellow vinyl wrap first. Tomorrow is time to trim and polish the door skin.

Looking good! Are you planning on showing the car at any motorshows this year?

Hi!
Yes, I am going to take the car to few shows this year. First one is here in Finland at 14-16.4.2017, we are planning to get the car done before that. Next one is Stoneleigh national kit car show in UK.
